The cabin comes equipped with a full kitchen and dining area, Baby Blaze King wood stove as well as electric heat. Two double beds, washroom with shower, with all bedding, towels, and utensils provided. For those of you that just can't do without the civilized amenities, there is also satellite TV, (same as cable) telephone and wireless Internet. Boat and motor included. The Canadian Government requires all boat users to have a boat license.

Located 200 miles west of Williams Lake and 100 miles east of Bella Coola, we offer the perfect place in the West Chilcotin to relax and unwind.

Nimpo Lake is well known for its amazing fighting native rainbow trout that will always let you know there's something at the end of your line. This is also a calm lake with numerous bays that provide for great canoeing or kayaking. There are numerous local trails nearby that make for great walking or more rigorous hiking if you prefer.

If you plan on staying for a few days you'll find this area offers lots to keep you busy!

Take a flightseeing trip with one of two charter floatplane operators just across the bay from us. Your pilot will be happy to show you Hunlen Falls, the third highest free falling waterfall in Canada. Fly over spectacular Monarch Ice Fields or the Rainbow Mountains named for the many different minerals that splash vibrant color along the flanks of this beautiful range. Or arrange to be landed on one of our many stunning alpine lakes surrounded by a myriad of wildflowers and offering great hiking, fishing, and photography in nearby hills.

We are fortunate to be located in the middle of a true wilderness that still supports a large wildlife population of caribou, moose, deer, bear, wolf, coyote, wolverine and numerous other fur bearing animals so bring your camera! Birdwatching has also become a popular past time in the region. Watching an osprey or bald eagle succeed at divebombing the water for its catch and have it fly overhead with a fish is a picture you don't want to miss!

They say that the sign of a healthy lake is the number of loons on it. Well, we have lots and they're a delight to listen to as evening closes while you relax and enjoy the serenity.
